Inspired by Victorian era greetings cards this Mother’s Day card has hand cut out flowers to slip into the card’s image, a paper wrap, creating a cut paper flower bouquet. The flowers are all our hand made paper flowers that were styled and photographed. Each chosen for their significance to Mothers.
Using the Victorian language of flowers we can say that-
Carnations - signify a mother’s eternal love. Sweet peas - thank you for a lovely time. Zinnia - Everlasting friendship.
The pink, red and purple combinations speak of appreciation, joy, gratitude, love, affection and friendship.
